Shireman led this Design Build project for the Greater Clark County School System. It involved working on two schools concurrently in different locations within the county. Charlestown Middle School to a fully occupied facility. Shireman’s phasing, collaboration and communication experience focused on optimizing construction during school downtime to minimize impact to classes.
