About Us:
Shireman leadership has over 100 years of construction management experience, managing hundreds of millions of dollars on projects for the private and public sectors. We have dozens of testimonials we can share.
Jobsite Culture:
Our leadership team works hard to build a culture on the job site that leads to project success. Construction is a high-risk endeavor with many variables outside of anyone’s control, from weather to international supply.
In the face of this, we create a team spirit from Shireman, the design team, and the client’s staff to the experienced subcontractors and suppliers we hire. The Shireman team works constantly to plan for, adapt, and overcome emerging challenges. We have an experienced team who can anticipate challenges before they occur and plan strategies in advance to deal with them. This way - in an atmosphere of trust - we can create a team with an outlook focused on giving you what we all want – a project that comes in under budget, on time and with the highest quality standards.
