Les Smith

Les Smith, another of Shireman's veterans, brings nearly 50 years of project management experience to the table. His journey from a skilled craftsman to project management is a testament to his hands-on experience and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the construction process. He has a strong communication skill set and hands-on experience from site development all the way through the warranty period, reinforcing his credibility and expertise.

As with our other project managers, Les will never ask contractors to perform something that he has not experienced himself throughout his career.
