Harrison County Hospital

The Harrison County Commissioners engaged Shireman to serve as Construction Managers for the design and construction of the new replacement Hospital. The existing Hospital was landlocked and unable to grow and serve the Community. 

We were involved in the preliminary planning and design, construction phase, and occupancy all the way through the Owner’s takeover including the warranty period. 

Our inputs and involvement in decisions regarding building materials, site preparation, foundation systems, etc. lead to a cost savings of      approximately $1.1 million
