New Washington High School construction

Mostly renovations plus 2 small additions. $400,000 under budget. High-quality work, finished on time for students to return to class. This project was part of a simultaneously managed five-site project for the West Clark School System. The total area exceeded 700,000 sf and finished $500,000 under budget. The primary school was a new construction project. The innovative design and super energy-efficient geothermal system were awarded the Energy Star designation by the federal government.
