Rock Creek Community Academy
New Construction
Shireman teamed with an architect to design a
new facility for Rock Creek Community Academy.
The 62,000 sq ft school was designed to house all
grades within the same building. The project was
complete on time and within budget. Due to growth, Shireman Construction Management was additionally engaged in 2024 to help expand the elementary school wing.
This project utilized CMc modeling in an open book
management style.
