New Construction
The Harrison County YMCA Board hired Shireman to design and build their new facility. The budget was very tight. We worked closely with the Architect and Owner to reduce the original scope by $2 million. We did this while losing no programming space and brought this project to reality.
We worked in concert with County Government and Community Partners to gain access to this undeveloped site, with roads and utilities extensions.
